We arrived later than planned, and on this campsite you have to make a reservation, but you can't reservate a pitch. So at the end of the day you will get a leftover. We where put on the "ballonwiese" on the corner of the field. The guy told us how to put our caravan, watch out for all the electrical wires of another caravans who where all over our pitch and we had to watch out when we put the tent on the caravan, cars can left the lane, because on the original exit a caravan was parked. We asked him if he had a place without a wish list but it was high season and the camping was full. The only place was at the elephant field, and that was NO option for us.( you will see later). When everything was in place, and me and the neighbour used a part of a pitch for the cars ( the owner didn't liked that, but he had to) the place wasn't to bad, it was great.
This campsite "Gitzenweilerhof" was visited by us in 2006, but then we had a lot of rain in that time. This year it was a great year to be here.A lot of entertainment, a busy swimming pool, a cool Forrest and time to fish for the boy's. If it was legal, we didn't know, every body was telling a different story about the permit we need or don't need.
This year we spent 12 day's on the campsite, and had a good time, we made different trips around the bodensee, Austria and Liechtenstein and enjoyed the German hospitallity.
