Patmos " Home of richest people in Greece"

Second destination was Patmos, a small island with 2500 people living there; they grow grapes, olives, tomatoes, wheat. Again whitewashed houses, many building dating back to the 10^th century.

The famous sightseeing there is St. John monastery and the cave in the convent of Apocalypse.

We have been told that richest people of Greece are living in Patmos, however I am not sure how much this say is correct given the island conditions compared to other islands.

We went to the nearest beach, had some swimming, although the boat has a swimming pool, it is so small for 500 pax!! our number on board, you feel you’re having a bath not swimming!!
