Today we got up with the intentions of spending our last day at the cabin cleaning and packing. Well that lasted about two hours lol. We got up cleaned and packed most of what we could then we headed for Hill City to check it out. We hadn’t been there yet and decided we visit it before we left. The town is super busy but lots of fun. There’s a ton of different shops and everyone I met was really nice. If you can think of it the town probably has a store accommodating whatever it is you’re looking for. I stopped at quit a few of them and about an hour and a half later we were ready to head off to wherever we ended up at.
This was at the National Museum of Woodcarving just west of Custer. The Museum was built to hold Dr.
We then went back to the cabin sad that it was our last night in the black hills. The scenery is so beautiful there and the weather’s been so nice at night it makes you want to move there.
