Cool Bananas!

Found a little slice of heaven near Rockhampton on the "Discovery Coast." This area has been spared the in-your-face tourism that plagues almost all of the East Coast of Australia. Lots of dirt cheap activities (4 hour surf lesson=$16.50!), and plenty of secluded beaches to relax by. The hostel, Cool Bananas, has a good little bonfire every night to hang out at. Ended up staying about a week here, but easily could have spent a month!
