I'm addicted to Norway since I've been there for the first time in 1991. I was and still am overwhelmed by the beauty of the nature and the kindness of the people. Some people say 1 time Norway, Norway forever. Although I've been there around 10 times now I usually find new places and things to do. I've seen only a small part of this beautiful huge country. I'm happy I could infect my bf with the "norwegian virus" aswell :)

Day 21: From Sörum to Frederikstad

This would be definitely our last day in Norway so we've choosen a nice place to stay. I've been in Fredrikstad several times before since it's close to the swedish border and usually our last stop in Norway.

The camp ground is close to Gamle Fredrikstad which is on the east bank of the river Glomma and northern Europe's best preserved fortified town. It's really beautiful there and worth a stop.

A walk through the old fortress is always fun. We had lunch at "Pepe's Pizza" where we've spended our last norwegian money.
