Well, before we left we knew this journey was going to be challenging due to potential visa issues with Syria. We decided to take our chances with the Syrian police. Read about what happened. Also, Our journey continued to Lebanon. We were able to see so much of the country. Also with my persistence, we achieved our ultimate objective.

What a fantastic view of the coast as we assended to mountainside to Harrisa. You could see for many many kilometers around.
