I have recently been taking photography a tad more seriously. Let me show you around my hometown - through my photographs.

A World Record in Leyte!

We made history on October 18, 2009, as more than 10,000 people flocked to the McArthur Landing Memorial Park for TAGAY - the world’s largest  wine-tasting for a cause.

At 3:30 pm, a total of 7,187 officially registered participants huddled around tables with two of our best bahalina. Simultaneously, the participants took sips of Masareyna Bahalina first, then after a bite of cheese, sampled VIR Bahalina. We broke Spain’s 2006 record of 5,095 wine-tasting participants.

Tagay was also a venue for gathering donations for our fellowmen in Luzon who were badly affected by the recent typhoons Ketsana and Parma.
