Tips for Cabo
July 14, 2009
I would not go to Cabo any later than June unless you go really late in the year like September. It was blazing hot there in June and I am from Florida but this was a really dry heat. Also I absolutely loved that there were no bugs. No mosquitos, ants, fly's,..nothing! Take swimsuits, more swimsuits, swimsuit cover ups, shorts and t-shirts. No one dresses up there. I would also recommend a pair of water shoes. With flip flops the sand gets in between your feet and your shoe and burns your feet. Change all your money to peso's as the exchange for the US dollar is usually higher. When we were there it was 13 Peso's for each $1 US dollar. Very safe place. They depend on Tourism for the economy so they do not tolerate crime. It is also the Marlin fishing capital of the world. Enjoy!
