We left Calgary and flew to SFO and onto LV ... met up with Mel, and we met up with other TB'ers ... the week will follow ... but today was great, renewing old friendships and making new friendships though this awesomesome site TB!!
It was nice to touch down in San Francisco, Califirnia for 3 hours ... as we ascending it was affecting me like never before ... I'm not nervous of flying but for some reason the flight didn't agree with my system and I had to get up and walk about ... so knowing we didn't have a direct flight was in my favour for this trip ... funny, I've never been affected before ...
While in the airport, Dan had a delicious Mama Burgers (required protein) with nutritious french fries (can't forget the the required carbs), and healthy Coke(s) (doesn't Coke count towards the 64ozs of water/day required daily HEHE)
Took some shotswithin the airport and reminisced about our honeymoon in SFO, 16yrs ago, so it felt nice in landing there for that reason also, relaxing, and having a huge 'date' at the Burger King in the airport; while we waited/paste-some-time and before we knew it we were walking to board the plane to SINCITY ... Las Vegas, here we come ...
