Welcome to Taiwan

Taiwan is an incredible island in the Pacific off the coast of China. An island mostly known for its factories and exports, its also been fought over for its beauty. Let me tell you a little about myself, I am a teacher, and a travel addict. I came to Taiwan in January, not really knowing what to expect, and what I found is a home. But more on that later, when I told the staff at the school that my parents were visiting, they pulled out all the stops. They treated my parents as visiting dignitaries. My friend offered to be our tourguide and came with us on this incredible trip across this diverse land. It was a once in a lifetime trip of new experiences, beautiful locations, amazing culture, and strong friendship.
