The last couple of years I have been taking some pictures of the beers I have been drinking on my trips. A cold beer often is connected with situation and some memories and I have here made a blog to list them

The longest bar in Belgium

A local Stella Artois at Oude Markt in Leuven

This was my first time in Leuven and I had really enjoyed the walk in the city. Some of my colleagues came from Leuven and many of the others had studied there and as a common denominator they all talked very positively about this city. One of the first persons I talked to on this site Kim was also from here.

The weather was okay that Saturday and being around noon I found that there still many young people in the streets already booking their favourite spot in the bar. This was one of the first days of spring and I remember the small green leaves on the trees of Oude Markt while I was walking; it was a good day. I remember that I ended up in one of the ends of the Oude Markt and I was sitting there imagining the wild Friday night in the pre summer; I could only imagine this the longest bar in Belgium would be packed.
