A weekend in Giethoorn
As I jumped in December into the idea of Patricia and Jan to spend a weekend in Giethoorn, I jumped friday evening after a long day of work into my car. Well nothing could go wrong; backpack packed, nothing forgotten?! No, just heading for a two hours drive to the nothern part of Holland. I could choose two routes but I choose to drive over the highway A28 which would be much more exciting. Passing through national parc "De Veluwe" I breathed the lovely smell of the pineforesttrees because it had just stopped to rain over there. Would it be a sign that the weather would improve during the weekend? The weather forcasts weren't that good. Just following my TomTom I turned onto the right street next to the canal and drove past the first farm. After 1 km I arrived at Hoeve Motigny and parked my car @ the lawn. I just had to found out where Jan, Patricia, Reagan, Lieke and Petra were staying.
I bumped into Patricia who was just looking for Reagan.
