Thessaloniki (04.01.2009 - 06.01.2009)

 

The next few days we spend time in Thessaloniki. Efklia showed me the town, which isn’t very nice to be honest. It’s all dirty and all Starbucks are burnt out due to the riots. And the only Starbucks available did awful drinks - I still wonder why they didn’t taste good^^ … At least I got to see the sea and we also went to the movies once. Was a nice time, even though it passed by really fast.

In the morning of the 6th of January, we took a cap at 4am to get to the airport. I flew back to Germany and heard again all the talks about breaking up the next couple of days, weeks, months. How lovely! :(
