Invisible Children Lobby Days
So, my last two days in the Washington D.C. area were the best! Here's why: I got to go to the Invisible Children Lobby Days!!! If you dont know what Invisible Children is, the go to their website: www.invisiblechildren.com, trust me, you'll be glad you did! Anyway, while I was there I experienced true genuine happiness for the first time in my life. It's the kind of happiness that just makes any other happiness seem so small and irrelevant , and it's a great feeling! I was around people like me for the first time! I didn't just stand back and watch like I usually do, instead I jumped right in and made some really great friends and I loved it sooo much! We got to meet with senators and congressmens representatives, trying to get them to cosponsor a bill for the US to get involved and go in and apprehend Joeseph Kony [again, go to the IC website it's great!] and we got to meet the founders and the other politicians and celebrities [like Kristen Bell!!!!!] and it was just too too amazing! I had a great time, met awesome people, made amazing friends, and had a life altering experience. I realized that this, this right here, is what I really what I want to do with my life! It's what I am going to do with it! I love these people!!!!
