I had to drive across the country to a new job, with no adavnce notice. There was no way to leave before Friday. Tuesday was my last day at my 'real' job, Wednesday was packing and stuff, and Thursday was feline relocation. After that I had to drive all the way across the country, Something I've always wanted to do, but with more time to do it.

New Mexico

Day Two. Time to travel east again leave New Mexico.  No matter how far you drive in New Mexico, the scenery looks just like it did an hour before. But Arizona and New Mexico both have 75 mph speed limits, and freeways made of rubberized asphalt, which make the drive quite smooth and quiet.
