I had to drive across the country to a new job, with no adavnce notice. There was no way to leave before Friday. Tuesday was my last day at my 'real' job, Wednesday was packing and stuff, and Thursday was feline relocation. After that I had to drive all the way across the country, Something I've always wanted to do, but with more time to do it.

Driving to the end of the freeway would have to wait. I had to make a pit stop at Ft. Bragg to check in. But there is no way you can drive that much of the interstate without going the whole distance, so at the end of checking in, I headed back to interstate 40.
