Affordable villa right at the docks
I rented this villa for our TB group for 2 days. As we were so many, we had the whole place to our selves, but it has 2 separate apartments. The one on the first floor is rather small with 2 queen sized beds and one single bed, kitchen, dining area and bathroom. The second apartment runs over 2 floors and a loft, so it's quite large.
The housekeeper, Patty, is a really nice lady and did her best to accommodate us with whatever we needed. As we most of us were a day late due to flight delays, she had arranged for someone to take us on a boat cruise up Monkey River. Turned out only 4 of us went, but for me and the others who did go, it was a blast. Both the boat driver and the guide were awesome, fun people.
All in all, the Decked out House experience was a good one (besides a few bugs), and I wouldn't mind staying there again.
