To Iceland

Disaster after disaster struck as we tried to leave Belgium. Finally we just had to accept that things need to be left undone and we left for the airport. As we flew in low over Iceland we had our first encounter with the majestic vistas. Chris picked us up from the airport, delighting Lydia with a sign with her name on it, and drove us to our guest house past the milky-blue waters of the Blue Lagoon. Our Icelandic journey has begun!
