The Summary
Naguabo (nah-GWAH-bo) is a municipality of Puerto Rico located in the east coast of the island. Naguabo is said to be the birth place of the pastelillo de chapĂn (trunkfish), a very popular food in Puerto Rico. I go to eat chillo (red snapper) and arepas (fried flour dough). From the coast, you can see Cayo Santiago, which is a small island inhabited by monkeys. The monkeys were brought from India in 1936 to be used in field studies by the University of PR.
