Climbing the Dunns River Falls was one of the most taxing but rewarding experiences I've had in Jamaica. Starting at the bottom you have to form a single line and then everyone connects by holding hands, even with the people you do not know, the falls is steep, slippery and a times quite a tough climb and once up the steep step you must turn to pull the person behind you up the steep bit, small pools form the higher up the falls you go which you can rest in. It was actually quite scary as sometimes you think your not going to make it or your going to fall but once you do it and your at the top looking down at what you have just conquered its really quite liberating.

Swimming with the dolphins was great, this was my second swim with dolphins (the first in mexico), we played with them, fed them, danced with them, kissed them and the finally swam away and flew high up on to the water as the toe pushed us up I felt like Kate winslet in Titanic :). I love dolphins <3 they were sooo cute.

pics and vids coming up . one love . xx
