groceries!

So, I've been here for about a week now..a week tomorrow. Its been great so far! I had some dramas with my work visa and almost had to go back to Canada or the Bahamas to fix it..but it all worked out with a little trip to US immigration and customs on Friday morning(my day off grrr!!). The last week its been all meetings and shit. We had a thing called Traditions that all cast members have to do, just about all things Disney. It was pretty boring, but there was a lot of interesting stuff too. Saturday night was..awesome! Had a party at my house, theres a huge mix of nationalities living here so it was awesome! We had a few Norweigans, a couple French people, an Italian, 4 Canadians, a Brit. We had a lot of fun. Im living in a place called Patterson Court.

Its reallly nice here, costs $93 a week but its only 1 year old and I live in a 1 bedroom. SPEAKING of one bedroom, I have a roommate but I have no idea where she is! She hasnt been here in a week! I've done a fair bit of snooping to figure out what shes like. Definitely Japanese, maybe works at Animal Kingdom..its kinda nice living alone because I can do whatever I want..but at the same time its really boring and lonely! And I got really scared the other night because it sounded like someone was walking around. Was scary. But the pool here is so nice! And I've made a really good group of friends as well. I went to Magic Kingdom for a couple hours yesterday, which was amazing! Have a thing called Discovery Day tomorrow where we wander around Epcot and 'discover' it. Then I have Wed and Thurs off. Oh and the throw in! Every time theres new Canadians theres a throw in where we introduce ourselves to all the old Canadians and have to do a shot, answer some questions. And Canada has a lot of traditions, tons of people have 'titles' like Single Girl, Rye Guy, Drunk Girl, the Gaynadian, Flag Girl, etc..Its awesome! Everyones like a family. I really love it here. Im really scared of getting termed though, it is SO easy and you can get termed for the simplest things..which kinda sucks. But oh well!! Looove Florida
