Did I mention I live in Tucson? Well I do. Some consider Tucson a 'transition town' and others call it home. For the past two years I have called it home and tried to find fun within it - not that easy. My friend Tim introduced me to SAAC through which socializing has been interesting, from Wine Tasting, Salsa dancing, fine dinning, Happy Hours, Meet ups, hiking etc. AN ONGOING BLOG . . . continuous construction. The Penultimate Chilli Cookoff Challenge

So you think you can cook Chili huh?!?! Time to prove yourself, I'm throwing down the glove....
Boyd and Christie hosted the first Southern Arizona Adventure Company Chili cook-off at their home in Oro Valley. It was a competitive cook-off with nine contestants cooking some of the best chili you've ever eaten. The rest of us brought in beer or water plus a few soft drinks for those who do not consume alcohol at all. The pool was heated up after the challenge and the rest made merry.
