Did I mention I live in Tucson? Well I do. Some consider Tucson a 'transition town' and others call it home. For the past two years I have called it home and tried to find fun within it - not that easy. My friend Tim introduced me to SAAC through which socializing has been interesting, from Wine Tasting, Salsa dancing, fine dinning, Happy Hours, Meet ups, hiking etc. AN ONGOING BLOG . . . continuous construction. Cinco De Mayo and Salsa Dancing: Bailamos!

Today we began the celebration of Cinco De Mayo the Mexican independence holiday. Mark our SAAC assistant organizer decided to get us a Salas instructor to teach us Salsa as well as a Flamenco dancer (one of us) to entertain us. I have always been fascinated by the Mexican culture and felt a familiarity with it - reminds me of my own culture, the dancing and laughter is never ending. Colorful dresses for dancing and the sound of traditional instruments . . .
