St. Petersburg boat trip, Hermitage, Ballet

We started early with a boattrip. Cold, but just gorgeous to look at the buildings.

Afterwards we had a guided tour in the Hermitage for a few hours, and after the tour I spent hours and hours - kind of speechless - on my own. Incredible interior design, priceless art.......... I'll upload some photos from the interior, the paintings and statues. I took a hundreds of photos (you pay a fee to take pictures).

That night we went to see a ballet perfomance, 'Swan Lake' at 'The House of Army and Naval Officers' Assembly'.

Even when I look at my photos today I'm just speechless about the wealth of the Hermitage!!!
