Redtape Explained and Removed!!!

I was trying to have everything ready before going to the Secretary of State's Office, but show have started there.  No notary knew what to notarize since they were not witnessing signatures on the documents I had received.  Then the Secretary of State's Office explained what the notary needed to do and within an hour I was back getting the documents APOSTILLED!!!In Atlanta traffic I did not have time to get to the Colombian Consulate before closing, so I decided to wait until Monday.
