Dropping Off the Documents

This is a short entry because all this step includes is getting up early to be at the Colombian Consulate at opening and dropping off the paperwork.  Even with rush hour traffic, this only took about 2 hours.  They looked at the papers, asked for my passport and said I could pick it up on Wednesday or pay $25 to have it Fedexed to me.  I gave them the $25 knowing on Tuesday I would take the Amtrak back to New Orleans.
