AT & T Park

We were hoping to take in a Baseball game while we were here, but through lack of planning missed it so we opted for the tour and it's well worth the $12.50. AT & T Park is easy to get to by the MUNI, we got there in good time for the tours, which are at 10.30 and 12.30, so had a walk round the outside. The park is in a great area right on the bay in an area which seems to have had a lot of money thrown at it for redevelopment.
You start from the top and get an impressive view down to the pitch from the highest seat in the stadium, you then work your way down through the press box, hospitality suites, club house's (Changing rooms to us), and then finish with the dug outs and field. The tour guide was very informative and humored us Brits and our lack of any Baseball knowledge, a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
We then went down to China Town for lunch, which is an interesting experience. This was the first time in our trip when it seemed we were more of a burden than a customer, although the food was alright. We then wandered round the maze of tacky shops which was a great giggle.
After packing :( we looked round the Theatre district and stumbled upon a great little place called Honey, Honey and had crepes for tea.
