Petronas Towers, Another night out in KL
After the first night was such a success, Nelll offered to take us around KL to see the Petronas Towers, but also took us out to dinner after! The Petronas Towers are amazing! Very beautiful...
Me, Ruby & Vicy walked around KL a bit, and honestly if you only go to the Petronas Towers, you have a totally mistaken picture of Kuala Lumpur. The area surrounding the towers is full of tranquil parks, high rise condos, expensive hotels... however walking the streets of the city you realize that the 'real' Kuala Lumpur is completely different. You go from street to street which are covered with dirt and debris flying around the city. What you notice most about KL besides the dirt is the constant smell of sewage on the streets. I was pleasantly surprised by the eroma of fine indian food, only to get struck in the face with the overwhelming smell of sewage AGAIN! It reminded Vicy of India :D
If that was not bad enough of an impression, as we are walking home, an old man walking maybe 5m infront of us stops all of a sudden and unzips his pants, 'Is he doing what I think he is doing?' asks Ruby.
Honestly the only thing I knew about KL was the Petronas Towers and its the only thing most visitors see when in KL. I am glad I got a chance to see the real KL and not be blinded by the condos and the high rise buildings next to the Towers.

We hung out outside the towers near the fountains, checked out the mall & Nell was very nice to take me and Ruby to dinner! After that we met up with Michelle, Winn, and Vicy at the Skybar on the 33rd floor of the Traders Hotel. Its THE spot to see the Petronas Towers at night.
After the girls want to go to a gay club... They think its a good idea to gay me up, with glasses and a scarf. Ok I agree... Was a fun last night in KL. I think I got into character a bit too much because I started arguing with some girl in club later, she asked me to move, I told her to take her drinks and go else where :)
