What do people do here?

What do people DO in Evora? Apparently not too much, which was fine with us, as we strolled in and discovered that everything was either closed or closed down. We spent a couple of days there looking around the charming town center and went to our first portugese bull fight...well kind of. It seemed to be a bit of a student affair but still pretty cool horsemanship and sweet wipeouts, not bad for 5 euros. After a few days we were on our way to Faro.
