Good base for trips to the falls
The night bus (see other review) dropped us in the early morning at the bus station of Puerto Iguazú (Argentina).
We were picked up to cross the Brazilian border and went to Hotel Foz Plaza in Foz do Iguacu, Brasil.
We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Large room, nice bathroom. Rather simple furnished, but just okay.
Good location to do your trips to the famous falls (visit both: Brazilian and the Argentine site, very different one from each other)!
Breakfast (buffet) was good, only remark: very cold climate control! Bring a scarf or something.
One night we had dinner in the restaurant of the hotel. A cheap, simple, but okay buffet style dinner. We had fun watching a group of elderly Brazilians staying in the hotel too, they had such a good time :-))
