Spending a week in this impressive European capital city was a pleasant and interesting way of welcoming spring.

From a traditional market to a decadent mall

The Big Ben
Before we were supposed to leave London in the evening a last enjoyable day in London was waiting to be filled with more interesting activities. All right, let’s go then!

At first we strolled around the well-known Notting Hill area where heaps of tiny and very unique shops and markets challenged a certain extent of self-control.

When we went to Harrods I couldn’t believe my eyes because of this incredible decadence ... hadn’t seen so many super expensive offers in one place before this excursion. I ended up in a strange state between 'being impressed' and 'furrowing my brows'!

The last stage brought us to the British Museum which was a perfect addition to the enormously strong flood of insights during the past week.

After a snack we said goodbye to London that had welcomed us in such a great way so that the days there won’t be forgotten at all!
