Birds in the Airport

It looks like I am not the only one impressed with the international departure area in the Vancouver airport. There are two little housesparrows flying around fighting each other inside the terminal. They walk around on the carpet picking up peoples crumbs and land in the trees planeted in giant pots all throughout the area. Im not sure if they live here or they got stuck here today, and are trying to find their way out. I hope they get out either way :). Im shocked at how many people are oblivious to these birds screeaching at each other and performing very interesting in air combat with one another just a few feet above their heads.

Customs was almost too easy. I got here really early in case there was a line up, and not only was their not a line up, my customs agent barely looked at my passport. US security at its best. NOt to mention professionalism, while people were going through the customs, the agents started shouting back and forth to one another about pornography smuggling. I amost felt like saying "guys, little children in line". Oh well :)
