I'm not sure when my passion for cars began. At age 3 probably? Haha... Well, I have been to many car shows, exhibitions or races here in Germany. Sadly, there aren't so many US custom cars over here. Even on big car shows, you won't see more than a few dozen US cars. So when on vacation in the US, I usually check for local car events. In this blog I'll show you some nice car related events!

US Bike & Car Show Geiselwind

This is what I call an engine!

As I mentioned before, there are only few good car shows in Germany featuring nice US custom cars.
One of the bigger events is the US Bike & Car Show in Geiselwind. Location is at Strohofer's truck stop, which they claim is the largest truck stop in Europe.
It's located between Frankfurt and Nuremberg directly on an exit at Autobahn A3, which probably is the most frequented Autobahn in Germany.
Weather was fine that sunday afternoon, so I decided to go there by bike, which takes about two hours from my place.It's wasn't too crowded, because the main events are on saturday. Shortly after arriving there, they started with the Awards, which was pretty cool because you got to see the best cars of show presented on a stage.
