Great wall take two! Success! FINALLY!!

so this morning we woke up pretty early cause i really wanted to see this great wall!! it was the only reason i agreed to come to asia with grzechu in the first place.. so we knew where the bus place was but there were several buses with the same number that does not necesserally go to badaling.. we bumped into these filipino couple and we helped find the bus together... when we get there it was great!! just like i imagined although not as big as i thought it would be.. the wall really wasnt that high...or wide... we walked up the harder part of the wall where there was no people at all during the day so we pretty much had the wall to ourselves! the walk and climbwas difficult with these steep steps but it was worth it. big dissapointment thought because at a certain point the wall is blocked off!! it only goes so far.. but again it was worth it.. nice breeze through the towers.. we never saw the filipinos again... but thats okay.. then we headed back to beijing. although we did rest at this little pagoda thing at the great wall..
