No chewing gum please!

And here we are in Singapore!
Mike picked us up from the airport (of course we had to wait for Mr. Late again!) And we took the taxi (why, tell me why did we have to take the taxi and not ride the cool metrooooo?) to his house, which wasnt that far from the airport and pretty close to the city centre (some 4 metro stations only). As we arrived to his place, it was obvious that Mike should run a hotel! Maybe something like a TB-Hostel in Singapore! He had everything ready for us, including tooth-brushes, flipp-flops and everything! It was really cool of him! Salamat Mike!
then we went few steps for breakfast or lunch - and it was - guess what? Chineeeese! ahahha It was good and not expensive and it was close to Mikes place! A perfect solution for us:) Then we all went by metro to downtown, to the harbor (is it called Esplanade where we went?) Anyways, it was at some water, where there are those durian-shaped-buildings, probably the Esplanade Theatres? Then we went to the lion-mermaid - the landmark of Singapore, and then along the river and ended in Chinatown. Here we had some snacks in one of the chinese restaurants - was it dim sum? Probably! I got my first singaporean beer and i was happy;) Mike left us coz he had some meeting, and we explored chinatown on our own. Then we wanted to have some chill place and we rode metro to Punggol and had also the ride with the cool lrt-train which looks more like a bus on elevated road. We bought some souvenirs and went back to Mikes place. After lunch (it was maybe more like almost dinner) we could use the internet and managed to upload most of the pics. It was actually the second chance on this trip to make it properly. So again mike: SALAMAT :)
