Travel Day
The day started out pretty normally with me sleeping late and Rob getting up to do some work and play on the computer some. Once I got up I got him motivated to get things done. He had to run errands before we left for the flight. While he did that I got the last of the stuff ready to leave.
We got to the airport with plenty of time, which has been unusual for us lately. As we were standing in line to board the plane someone called Mr. Belmont-Peters. There was an issue because they didn’t have our e-ticket numbers. Never mind that we had boarding passes, a record locator and were in line at the gate. Luckily it turned out to be nothing and we were off.
The flights were long and the wait in
It turned out that the hotel was right there, we just didn’t look up to see the sign and the lights were out in the front. To our great surprise a guy who looked like Junior (nice glasses) from the Sopranos answered the door. He couldn’t speak English, but we managed to check in. The room was a surprise. The beds were like dorm room issue with wafer mattresses. Since it was now around 1AM we just went to bed. Tomorrow will be a new day and the start of the real adventure.
