Stopped for a quick chat and a drink.

Friday, May 22^nd was a pretty good day for us.  Not only did two cousins arrive from Seattle, Washington for a large family gather coming up this weekend in the foothills nearby, but we had the honor of having two of our good TravBuddy friends stop by for a quick visit on their way from Tucson, Arizona to San Francisco.

Harriet (Africancrab) and Joe (Joe_Is_Not_Home) took the opportunity to take the Visalia exit off Hwy 99 just five miles to come by our home for some tea and cold water. 

We got a few shots as Judy showed them around our home and of course she had to show off her sewing and quilt work too.  Judy’s been working on her latest large quilt for some time now and has it just about ready to put completely together.  It was up on her “quilt wall” where she does her designs and keeps all the pieces ready for the next step.  This one is called Double Wedding Ring.

It was good to get to see Harriet again. We had stopped in Tucson to see her on our vacation last year.  And Bob is a new member and friend of Harriet's, but we won't hold that against him. :)
