Thon Hotel Europa Oslo

I was quite happy with this hotel. It is very close to the National Theatre Railway station (on the express line to the train station) and the main shopping street of Oslo (Karl Johans Gate), yet it is also across the road from the large park around the Royal Palace, giving it a good combination of access and retreat. The rooms are nice, the service great, the bed fantastic. Rooms are quite and black-out curtains are provided. Breakfast is very good. Pretty much everything I am after in a hotel, without any fuss.
