Hard Rock Cafe in Munich
I have never been a huge fan of Hard Rock Cafes and I haven't visited many of them, even though I have been many places. In Munich the cafe is situated just opposite the most famous beer place; The Hofbrauhaus.
Being situated in the heart of the Beer-Mecca in one of the worlds many beer capitals guarantees a good crowd. When I went there the place was packed with happy people drinking loads of beers and this on an ordinary Wednesday.
There was a good ambiance for being a rainy Wednesday and the cafe had a good ambiance and there were loads of tourists.
A huge part of the concept is their sale of merchandise and their shop here in Munich was ridiculous big; it was a fully equipped retail outlet.

The Beer-Mecca of Munich
If there is one place in Munich which is associated with beer and the beer festivals of Munich; then it must be the hofbrauhaus.
This place is a picture of all the Bavarian beer festivals in one place. The place is huge and numerous of benches are lined up to serve all the thirsting people who are continuous singing to the Bavarian band which is playing in the centre of the house.
I am told that the ambiance is there every day and it was certainly there when I visited it on a Wednesday evening. Hundreds of party seekers had an excellent evening. At least you have to walk the place even though you don't feel like staying
