The museum at the castle was a Pharmacy museum and has to be the most random/boring museum I have been to besides the fork and knife museum Melissa and I went to in Vienna back in 2007. Haha no offence to Matt though who is a chemist, but I did not find it very fun. The wine cellar was OK as the barrel of wine was massive.
Back in the Old Town we went and had a coffee and stopped at a 1 euro store so I could buy some tape to put tickets etc into my journal. As we are staying in the "Old Town" we decided to have a bit of a walk over to the new part of town but it was pretty boring. There is a nice fountain though. On the way back to the hostel we bought some fish sandwhiches from a little shop and sat and listened to some street music while we ate them which was pretty nice.
We hung out back at the hostel for a couple hours before we went for dinner. We were actually supposed to go to Manheim today as a day trip but we heard that it wasn't that great and people told us to avoid it so we just had another quiet day. We wanted to go and buy food from a store rather then eating out for dinner as it's cheaper but as there are no cooking facilities or anything at the hostel it was proving quite difficult and we caved and went out for dinner instead.
We found a place called Extraplatt which served pretty cheap food. We got some beer and pizzas and it was pretty good. After dinner we went to a little bar called Max Bar, which was oddly enough, a French bar. It was full of smokers too so after we were done our beers, we left the bar smelling like an ash tray. Back at the hostel we had a shower, packed our bags, and went to bed.
