Ristorante - Pizzeria 10-12

Rome Travel Blog | Travelogue | Travel Journal

In the fall semester of 2005 I had the chance to live in Valbonne, France while I was studying. It was this that gave me my jumpstart in travelling. The chance to have a place I could come back to while I was in Europe made much easier for me to travel the continent pretty much every weeked. Not only did I visit some cities outside France, but I also got the chance to visit some nice French cities and towns along the way. Evidently Paris was at the top ofthe list.

This is a very decent pizzeria that we found near our hotel on our only night in Rome. The food might have taken a little bit of time in being served, but we were very entertained by talking, and the fact that the chef comes all the way to your table to deliver your pizzas is a plus. The main thing I liked about this places is that the chef has a humongously huge nose, very Charles de Gaulle, I was quite amused by it.

The pizzas were very good, they were real italian pizzas after all and they were made by a big-nosed italian chef, so they had to be good. The price is fairly decent as the three of us had dinner for a total of 24 euros. Also, there is a small bar just across the street where we went drinking after we had dinner, and it is apparently owned by the same person, so I got to see the huge-nosed chef once again, while I was drunk.

Does it get any better than that?
