My second trip to Europe, where fifty of us went to Germany, France, Switzerland, Austria, and little countries there and about.

Day 7-- Luzern

My Dad was right when he said Luzern was the prettiest city in the world. In the morning, we went sightseeing. We saw everything from the Chapel Bridge (sooo pretty!) to the Jesuit Church, the Old City Square to the Dying Lion of Luzern Monument. I wanted to post pictures, but they're already in my scrapbook. After sightseeing, we went shopping (of course). We grabbed some lunch and then went up Mount Pilatus. Rob and I took a great picture at the top. We went back down with Dan in our car and he kept saying things like, "Do you hear that? That was the sound of the cable breaking." After Mt. Pilatus, we went shopping again and I bought yet another shirt. At dinner, we had a big birthday celebration for Zac and Kate, since Zac's birthday was yesterday and Kate's birthday was today. I made Kate a birthday card and everyone signed it, but Zac found out and didn't want one. I still made one for him, but didn't have everyone sign it. Cait and Emily straightened my hair after dinner, so we went to a bar/ice cream parlor and met some cute locals.
