This is not the other side of world. This is the world we live.

This is what we can't ignore.

First of all, this blog is not such a happy one, but want you to think what life is.

This trip is by a NGO,ACCE, based in Japan.

I and other friends visited Apelocruz, a slum area, and Tondo called smokey mountain which is a gabege area.

Those areas for me were just a movie or other planet. But those are the real world.

those are not places to live for human-being. But many live there actually.

You can imagine how close to disease for them. And many can't go to school.

Yes, we are lucky, we have better place to live.

We are lucky because we are good people? work hard that's why God give us a luck?

The answers are totally "No". We are same poeple.

If you ever feel you want to change their lives better, please take an action, can even be small thing.

It's really sad, although a lot of Filipinos (myself included) have become so jaded with how the government or other groups deal with poverty. The Philippines has had a long history of corruption, not to mention hard-to-break stereotypes for those people who aren't well-off. It's become quite a dead-end scenario.

But thanks for your good intentions and actions. I hope people take an example from you and I hope that nobody exploits your kindness. God bless. :)

Hope to see you again in the Philippines and I will just be here anytime you need help in your endeavor for the poor people. And many thanks again on the deep concern for my poor countrymen. God bless you always, my friend. :)
