Wedding Bling

I’m back in Atlanta with my family.  Last night, my brother’s friend got married at one of the hotel’s downtown.  Her engagement ring was 6 carats.  That’s huge!  Needless to say, it was a nice wedding.  My family was pretty tired this morning from all the partying last night, but I managed to get my mom up to go out to lunch.  We went to my favorite restaurant, The Cheesecake Factory.  After that, we all crashed.  On the positive side, my parents put in an offer on a new house which was accepted.  I’m going to see the inside later this evening.

My Favorite Restaurant
The Cheesecake Factory is my favorite restaurant of all time. The atmosphere is upscale, but in a relaxed way where you don’t have to be overdressed. It’s the type of place where you can dress up and make it a nice evening out, or go casual if you just want some good food. The menu offers a little bit of everything like sandwiches, salads, pasta, asian, southern, seafood, and steaks. The Spicy Cashew Chicken, BBQ Ranch Chicken Salad, Santa Fe Salad, Popcorn Shrimp and Fish and Chips are some of my favorites. The only things I don’t like on the menu are the appetizers. Don’t skip dessert! They have a million flavors of cheesecake (which you can order as gifts online) and other desserts. The strawberry shortcake is really good. It’s done the old fashion way, where you get a biscuit instead of sponge cake, topped with ice cream, fresh strawberries and a mountain of whipped cream. The Cheesecake Factory is a chain, so if you have one near you defiantly try it.
