My Inheritance - Le Houga

So my folks bought a place in France in 2006 as a retirement plan. I see it as my inheritance (please don't judge me). It's a rundown old farm house in Le Houga just outside Aire sur L'Adour in the South West of France. It will be their 'project' for the next 5 (to 10) years.
