Reminders of the Magical Events of Sevilla
What are the signs and symptoms of Post Travel Stress Disorder or No More Travel at This Time? The symptoms that are required to assign the diagnosis of PTSD are recurrent re-experiencing of NMTATT-No More Travel at This Time. Flashbacks that are usually caused by reminders of the magical events in Sevilla, recurring daydreams of Amsterdam & Technicolor visions of the backstreets of Brussels, and chronic physical signs of hyper arousal, including sleep problems, trouble concentrating, irritability, self pity, poor concentration or difficulty remembering things not associated with your just completed trip.  Increased tendency to plan your next trip and the reaction to being startled by the next update from Travelocity & your drastically reduced bank balance are sure signs.

The emotional numbing of PTSD or NMTATT may be present as a lack of interest in activities that used to be enjoyed emotional deadness, distancing oneself from people who are not traveling , and/or a sense of a foreshortened future for example, not being able to think about anything other than future trips or making future travel plans.   Some ways that are often suggested for PTSD or MNTATT patients to cope with these maladies include learning more about the disorder as well as talking to TravBuddies, family, professionals, and PTSD or NMTATT survivors for support.  Joining a support group may be helpful, such as Travbuddy Anonymous  other tips include reducing stress by using relaxation techniques , breathing exercises, positive imagery, actively participating in treatment as recommended by travel professionals, increasing positive lifestyle practices for example, exercise, healthy eating, distracting oneself through Goggling  new travel destinations.

Keeping a healthy work schedule, volunteering whether employed or not and minimizing negative lifestyle practices like substance abuse, social isolation, working to excess, and self-destructive.
Or you could just plan another trip which I plan on doing as soon as I get up from my map. Nap over and time to start the organizational process of creating and maintaining a new travel plan; and the psychological process of thinking about the activities required to create a desired goal on a grand scale.  Still jet lagged a bit this thought process is essential to the creation and refinement of a good travel plan, or integration of it with the plans of traveling companions. This planning combines forecasting of developments with the preparation of scenarios of how to react to them.
First things first just one more short nap!
