Imperial mausoleum of Japan

My town (Sakai-city in Osaka) has a lot of Imperial mausoleums. The city is wants to admit as World heritage them. But I think one of a problem is that we couldn't see all of the Imperial mausoleum.
I walked around the Imperial mausoleum. And I climbed a observatory of city office at 21th  floors. I could see all if it's more high building.

The most famous Imperial mausoleum was built at the 5th century. It's has full length 486m, wide 305m. This is a bigest Imperial mausoleum as Keyhole-shaped mound in Japan. It's 3 famous biggest mausoleum of the world with The pyramid of Egypt , Shih-huang-ti of China.
