WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW!
When you reach there you feel amazed, the lobby entrance is so impresive(also the security control that checks your car)
The staff is really friendly, they always help you when you want, but they let you go if you're not interested, they are perfect:
-Everyday we gone for freakfast, like 20 or 30 minutes, when we go back to the room, they have clean it, they also do it every time we leave the villa, many times a day. I never saw the cleaning staff
-On the last day we decide to go to see the River Petalu (it's inside of the complex you have to descend many thousand stairs), so we reach the restaurant really sweat, the personel quickly ask us what happens, once we explain them , they quickly provide us some fresh towels
But let's talk abot the Villa: WOOOOOW!
I'm sure that many times happens that on a home page or brochure from an hotel you see many pics and once you be there you see that it wasn't like in the pics, isn't it?
In this hotel also happens...BUT IT'S BETTER ENOUGH!!!!
The private pool villa is really amazing, pics can't show how beautiful it is and the details they have, specially at night, with the pool, the well and the outdoor bed iluminated, you get shocked and feel that you're on the paradise...
Our roomates: Yes we have many, of course we are really close to the river and surrounded by the forest: Many geckos( 1 on the outdoor shower and 2 on the outdoor bed), and 1 big frog (that we never heard it) they are a good mosquito control, don't blame them!!
The shower is amazing, they provide you some soaps, aconditioners from their spa with an amazing smelling
Also you can take an aromaterapy bath coz they provide you some oil and a candle beside the bath tube.
I recomend to lay on the pool Bed on the sunrise is so pacefull and relaxing

Te complex is located at 5 minutes on taxi from center Ubud, the hotel provide your transport (50.000 IDR to Ubud center) but you can ask for a taxi for 20.000
We have been on the pool villa #321, for only 2.000.000 IDR all inclusive per night
Next time in Bali I will go there for sure!!
