Lake bratan tour
Leaving Kuta
The buffet of our hotel was really good, specially the omelette, we took a heavy breakfast coz we will have a really hard day. But we can't leave Kuta, without going to the beach, that was crossing the street, a few meters away from the hotel's Buffet, Kuta beach it's not impresive (I'm so sorry) I think it's good for surfers but for me not.
Farewell Yanti
Once we took our driver,Yanti call us, she wanted to farewell us (like always with Yanti, was hard to find her but finally we can meet) she was on her way to the airport and bring me a sarong, a pink one!
Yanti is a so sweet and charming woman, take a look at her vouches,!
Pura Taman Ayun
The first temple, was really nice, it was the first place to use my pink sarong! ha ha ha
Ulun Danu Bratan
Reach Lake bratan took us like an hour,but finally we arrive there, wow, the weather changes completely, from suny warm day to a clowdy and a little bit cold, what can I say about Ulun Danu Bratan? It's the most photographed spot of the island, normal, it's so paceful and charming.
When we left we decide to stop in a local wet market, Aioh is a fan of foreigns markets, there we could bargain a little bit, but our skills are not ready yet.
Botanic garden
It's a nice place but we only stayed for a 30 minutes, it's not so much interesting, when we jump in to the car begins to rain...heavy raining!!
Lunch
The first option for lunch, was closed :( but the second one was great, I think it was the best restaurant where we eat in Bali, BUT I DON'T KNOW THE NAME :( , we have a really impresive view from the clift where we can se rice paddies and far away, I think that was Gnung Agur, the food was delicious: Nasi Goreng and Beef, Pork, Chicken Satay, also the drinking (Bali Hai beer, I prefer it than Bingtang), the price was also great, arround 100000IDR for both (less than 7 Euros!).
Tanah lot
Arriving at Tanah lot is a little bit dissapointing, too much souvenirs shops, we spend like 10 minutes walking trough the shops until we arrive to the temple entrance.
Reached the temple entry we took the typical pics and noticed that many people try to cross the sea (20 or 30 meters only) to reach the temple and have a kind of blessing on a cave under the temple, so here we go!
We went there, but, the water covers all our legs (1 meter or so) once there, they let you drink some water and bless you putting some rice on your front.
Once back we stay on a terrace wor taking a drink and see the sunset (arround 6h30) but we noticed that were many tourist that are inside Tanah Lot GRRRRRRRRRRRR!
Was a hard day so let's go to the hotel.
Kamandalu
When we arrive at the Kamandalu, so late, so dirty, with our backpacks I felt so unconfortable, I expect for many problems on the checkin(because of the bargain price and all the mentionest before)
But it was so easy they took our passports fullfill the registration, show me the reservation fee payed, the correct price and lead us to the Villa #321
On the way it looks so incredible once they open our Villa door, booth get shocked, our mouth reach the floor for sure(like on cartoons), I wanted to shout or cry, it was incredible beautiful, exactly like the pics, no, it is better!
The attendant explain us how it works everything while we were thinking: "GO AWAY NOW!" once he leaves the villa we begin to jump, cry and shout like a children, he eard us for sure! ha ha ha
Quickly we took a bath on the pool , take a shower and unpack, later we decide to go to UBUD, a little bit late, arround 10h30
Ubud was death, really dissapointing, nothing to do at 11h, we could only eat something at "Cafe des artistes" the food was ok, and back to our wonderful villa!
