Puerto Del Sol : Bolinao, Pangasinan
April 14, 2009
The Resort is located at Barangay Ilog Malino Bolinao Pangasinan . It takes only a little over five to six hours driving from Manila.
You may choose to take either one of two routes: you may pass through Zambales or Tarlac.
A stay at this resort will prove that this old adage is true:
You get what you pay for. It’s arguably the best resort in Bolinao, Pangasinan, but a stay here doesn’t come cheap but nice.
Puerto del Sol’s beach though is better seen than swam in. The waters are stagnant and shallow (around knee deep) and the seabed is scattered with seaweeds and dead choral stones. Probably the only good time to go here is sundown, as the sunset is simply dramatic.
Be sure to sit on the floating hut, which has the best seats for catching the scenery
